Disclaimer & Risk Warning — Stocks and Options Alerts

Please read this carefully before using Stocks and Options Alerts (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Information and education only

Everything in the Service — alerts, entry, target and stop reference levels, charts, scores, scans, market notes, results, videos, and social media posts — is general market information provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. No advice from anyone at the company

Neither Stocks and Options Alerts nor its owner, employees, contractors, or support staff provides investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice of any kind. No analysis, tool, score, or message in the Service — including replies to support emails or comments on social media — is advice, and none should be read that way.

3. Alerts are not recommendations

Specific alerts, setups, and strategies are illustrative examples of market conditions. They are not a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or option, or to follow any trading strategy. Words such as "entry," "target," "stop," "setup," and "score" describe an alert's reference levels and status — they are not instructions to trade.

4. The same alerts for everyone — no fiduciary relationship

Alerts are impersonal and identical for every user who chooses the same alert types. They are not based on, and do not take into account, your finances, goals, experience, tax situation, risk tolerance, or portfolio. Using the Service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship with us.

5. Not a broker or investment adviser

We are not registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any state, and we are not a broker-dealer, financial planner, or commodity trading advisor. We do not hold your money, connect to your brokerage account, or place, route, or execute trades. The app never trades for you.

6. Your decisions, your risk

You use the Service at your own risk. Any trade you make is your own independent decision, made through a broker you choose, and you alone are responsible for it and for its results. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any trade or investment decision you make, whether or not it relates to information in the Service.

7. Options and trading risk

Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Options are complex and leveraged. Option buyers can lose 100% of the premium paid, and options can expire worthless. Short-dated and same-day (0DTE) options can lose most or all of their value within minutes. Option sellers can lose more than they receive, in some cases without limit. Fast markets, gaps, halts, wide spreads, and low liquidity can cause fills far from any alert level.

8. Results are alert outcomes, not real trading results

Any percentages, gains, "peak" values, win/loss records, or track-record figures we show are calculated from alert reference prices and later market quotes. They are hypothetical and are not the actual results of any user or account. They do not reflect commissions, fees, taxes, slippage, bid/ask spreads, partial fills, or the prices at which anyone could actually trade. Examples we highlight are selected and are not representative of all alerts. Hypothetical results have built-in limits, including hindsight. Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results, and your results will differ.

9. Data delays, errors, and outages

Market data, quotes, news, and push notifications come in part from third parties and can be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, or not delivered at all. Alerts can arrive late or out of order, and levels or results may be corrected later. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we are not liable for losses caused by delayed, wrong, or missing data or alerts. Never rely on the Service as your only source of information.

10. Conflicts of interest

Stocks and Options Alerts, its owner, and affiliates may hold, buy, or sell securities or options mentioned in alerts or other content — including before, at the same time as, or after an alert is published — and may trade differently from an alert.

11. Talk to a licensed professional

Before making any investment, and especially before trading options, do your own research and consult a licensed financial professional, and a tax or legal adviser where appropriate, who knows your situation.

12. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US $50, if greater). You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of the Terms. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

13. Arbitration and class action waiver

Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and you waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in any class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting the Terms. See our Terms of Service for details.

14. Refunds

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google under their own refund policies. We cannot issue, approve, or process store refunds.

15. No redistribution

Alerts and other content are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, repost, or redistribute them — including in Discord or Telegram servers, group chats, paid groups, or on social media — without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

16. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is intended for users in the United States.

17. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may modify, update, or replace this Disclaimer, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, at any time, with or without notice. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept them. For material changes we may, but are not required to, notify you in the app or ask you to accept the updated Disclaimer.

18. Your agreement

By checking the agreement box, starting a free trial, subscribing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. Close and uninstall the app, and cancel any subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings (deleting the app does not cancel a subscription).
